Start with a theme.
We believe it's often easier to edit a design that exists, rather start from a blank page, so we have created a range of pre-designed booklet layouts we call Themes, to get you started quickly. The themes offer variations in layout, content and design, including commonly found information in an order of service booklet. They are completely customisable, so you can make a few tweaks, use them as they are, or completely redesign them as you wish.
Editing the layout.
You can add more text and pictures to the layout, remove anything you don’t need, or remove it all and start again from scratch. Simply drag and drop the elements where you’d like, using the tabs on the side of the page. To add a new element to the page, simply click on the Green '+' tab on the side of the page and you’ll see the new element options available.
Adding/removing pages.
For longer services or if you wish to share more photos you can add additional internal pages. Just click the "+ Pages" button in the top bar.
Changing the background.
You can choose from a large selection of images and designs to further personalise your booklet. Simply click the background button in the top bar and pick from the library of images, or select "no background" to keep the pages blank. You can choose to apply the background to just the outside pages of the booklet or to all internal pages as well.
If text is harder to read with the new background you can toggle an overlay on or off from the top bar which will allow text to be more legible over some of the more colourful backgrounds.
Preview and Payment.
You can preview your booklet and share the preview with family members for review. Once you’re happy with the design, just select "Complete" and you'll proceed to the checkout. Once payment is complete, you can download a print-ready PDF.
